南京江南永新光學(xué)有限公司（下稱：江南永新）是由南京江南光電(集團(tuán))股份有限公司改制建立的寧港合資企業(yè)，注冊資本1000萬美元，擁有員工1100名。
　　江南永新是具有六十多年歷史顯微鏡生產(chǎn)制造經(jīng)驗(yàn)的大型專業(yè)化顯微鏡及光電儀器制造商。其生產(chǎn)能力和技術(shù)創(chuàng)新能力位居中國光學(xué)行業(yè)的前列，被譽(yù)為中國光學(xué)的搖籃，填補(bǔ)了我國光學(xué)的許多空白。中國第一臺生物顯微鏡，第一臺航空攝影儀，第一臺電子顯微鏡等都誕生在這里。
　　“江南”品牌歷史悠久。2004年春建成的新廠區(qū)，座落于南京經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)開發(fā)區(qū)，占地6.8萬平方米，優(yōu)美的環(huán)境，現(xiàn)代化的廠房。具備國際先進(jìn)水平的顯微鏡研發(fā)實(shí)力,擁有一支不斷創(chuàng)新的管理團(tuán)隊和百余人的技術(shù)研發(fā)隊伍，大型精密的加工中心和精密檢測儀器。近十多年來，公司通過與Leica(美國、瑞士、新加坡) 、Nikon(日本)、Lomo(俄羅斯)等世界著名光學(xué)企業(yè)的合資、合作，全面提升公司產(chǎn)品的技術(shù)水平和制造能力，公司研制的生物、體視、偏光、金相、數(shù)碼等系列顯微鏡在國內(nèi)處于領(lǐng)先水平，“江南”產(chǎn)品遍布全世界。

Nanjing Jiangnan Novel Optics Co., Ltd (called “Jiangnan Novel” thereafter), is a joint venture with Hong Kong re-founded from the Nanjing Jiangnan Optics & Electronics (Group) Joint Stock Co., Ltd, with the registered capital USD 10 million and personnel 1100.
Jiangnan Novel is a large specialized microscope and photoelectric instrument manufacturer, which has a more than 60 years experience to produce the microscopes. Its production capacity and technology innovation capacity top the Chinese optoelectronic industry; it is honored as the cradle of Chinese Optoelectronics, and fills up many blanks in Chinese Optoelectronics. It is also the birthplace of the first Chinese bio-microscope, the first aero photographic apparatus and the first electron microscope.
The “Jiangnan” brand has a long history. The new factory built in the spring of 2004, located in the Nanjing Economic-Technological Development Area, took an area of 68,000 m2, with beautiful environment and modern workshops. It has an international advanced level of microscope research and development strength, a continuously innovative management team, a technology research and development team of more than 100 persons, a large delicate machining center and delicate detecting instruments. In recent ten years, the company made join ventures and cooperation with many world famous optics enterprises, such as Leica (USA, Switzerland and Singapore), Nikon (Japan), Lomo (Russia) and so on, completely upgrades the technology level and capacity of product production, the microscopes that the company developed lie in the top level in China include: bio-microscope series, stereomicroscope series, polarizing microscope series, metallurgical microscope series, digital microscope series, etc., now the “Jiangnan” brand products could be found all over the world.
