霍尼韋爾國(guó)際公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“霍尼韋爾”）成立于1999年，由原世界兩大著名公司—美國(guó)聯(lián)信公司及霍尼韋爾公司合并而成。原美國(guó)聯(lián)信公司的核心業(yè)務(wù)為航空航天、汽車和工程材料。原霍尼韋爾公司的核心業(yè)務(wù)為住宅及樓宇控制技術(shù)和工業(yè)控制以及自動(dòng)化產(chǎn)品。

公司規(guī)模 
霍尼韋爾國(guó)際公司一直以來(lái)由著名的貿(mào)易公司如日本的Yamatake公司經(jīng)營(yíng)自己的產(chǎn)品。1934年，公司收購(gòu)了Time-O-Stat控制公司，開(kāi)始了公司世界范圍的業(yè)務(wù)擴(kuò)展。第一家美國(guó)之外的辦事處設(shè)在加拿大的多倫多，在歐洲的第一家分公司同一年在荷蘭成立，幾年之內(nèi)，在倫敦和斯德哥爾摩也開(kāi)設(shè)了辦事處。到了1941年，智利、巴拿馬、特力尼達(dá)、新西蘭、阿根廷、南非都有了霍尼韋爾國(guó)際公司的分公司。到了1972年，霍尼韋爾國(guó)際公司共開(kāi)設(shè)了25家分公司，142個(gè)辦事處，參與了除美國(guó)之外五個(gè)國(guó)家的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資。1993年，Abu Dhabi與Abu Dhabi、中國(guó)、阿曼、羅馬尼亞、烏克蘭有了合作，到了1998年，霍尼韋爾國(guó)際公司已經(jīng)在95個(gè)國(guó)家開(kāi)設(shè)了83家分公司，開(kāi)始了13個(gè)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資業(yè)務(wù)。2002年，霍尼韋爾的銷售額為223億美元；在全球《財(cái)富》500強(qiáng)排名榜中列第195位。
