GNR公司1984年成立于意大利米蘭; 創(chuàng)始人是Mario Gungui和技術(shù)經(jīng)理Antonio Nigro，。同年他們接管了歐洲分析儀器領(lǐng)域非常著名OPTICA公司。
年產(chǎn)200臺(tái)儀器并且逐年穩(wěn)步增長使得GNR公司在分析儀器領(lǐng)域很快成為首屈一指的生產(chǎn)商。
2004年GNR公司實(shí)行產(chǎn)業(yè)化調(diào)整，鞏固原有產(chǎn)品的同時(shí)擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)品類別。參股ORI公司并收購位于Riva ? del Garda (Trento)ITAL公司。 ITAL是意大利一家非常著名的公司，成立于1966年，專門從事X-射線分析儀器的研究和生產(chǎn)。 當(dāng)時(shí)該公司在國際主要市場上已成功銷售2000臺(tái)儀器，在化工，制藥，電子，環(huán)境和食品工業(yè)分析儀器的研發(fā)方面享譽(yù)盛名。

GNR Ltd was estabilished in 1984 in Milan; the promoters were Mario Gungui, General manager, and Antonio Nigro, Technical Manager. In the same yer they took over OPTICA Ltd, one of the first and most well-known European companies in the field of Analytical Instrumentation.
The production of over 200 instruments a year and the constant trend towards a greater expansion rank GNR Analytical Instruments as one of the foremost comapnies in that field.
In 2004 a balanced policy, meant to consolidate and diversify the production, led to a significant participation into ORI Instruments Ltd and to the take-over of ITAL STRUCTURES Ltd in Riva del Garda (Trento). The latter is an important Italian company, estabilished in 1966, specialised in the production of X-ray Analytical Instruments. It is present, with over 2000 instruments, on the main international markets, in advanced research centres as well as in the matallurgic, chemical, pharmaceutical, electronic, environmental and food industry.
Our company has always been characterized by a strong commitment in research and development.
GNR ANALYTICAL INSTRUMENTS GROUP can rely on a well-established group of highly qualified researchers and technicians, plus the cooperation with leading Italian and foreign University Department. Together, these two elements constitute the best precondition for a strong and fast-growing technological development, and for an increasing and significant presence on the world-wide market.
The Head Office is in Agrate Conturbia (Novara), near Lago Maggiore; its located in a 12000 sqaure metres site, of which 2400 square metres are built-up.
The X-Ray Department is located in Riva del Garda (Trento), on a 1200 square metres site.
Over 50 people are currently employed in the Group
