公司以中國領(lǐng)先的IT解決方案與服務(wù)供應(yīng)商——東軟集團(tuán)為技術(shù)和資源依托， 以研制生產(chǎn)大型醫(yī)療設(shè)備為主，同時為醫(yī)院數(shù)字化提供全面解決方案。 
公司是中國目前唯一的“國家數(shù)字化醫(yī)學(xué)影像設(shè)備工程技術(shù)研究中心”建設(shè)依托單位，也是中國目前唯一的“國家醫(yī)用磁共振成像系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)化示范工程”、“國家螺旋CT高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化示范工程”項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)依托單位。 
公司建有2.3萬平方米的制造中心，并建有國際一流的CT、MRI、X線機(jī)、超聲等醫(yī)療設(shè)備生產(chǎn)線。產(chǎn)品不但通過了ISO9001國際質(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證，更率先通過了美國FDA和歐洲CE認(rèn)證。 
公司在大型醫(yī)療設(shè)備方面擁有5000余家客戶，產(chǎn)品不僅遍布全國30多個省、市、自治區(qū)，而且還遠(yuǎn)銷到了美國、中東及東南亞等全球30多個國家和地區(qū)。 
2004年7月，東軟又與全球著名500強(qiáng)企業(yè)——荷蘭皇家飛利浦電子集團(tuán)共同投資組建了“東軟飛利浦醫(yī)療設(shè)備系統(tǒng)有限責(zé)任公司”，此合資公司將作為雙方共同的醫(yī)療設(shè)備研發(fā)生產(chǎn)基地。

Till date, Neusoft has set up 6 software bases, 8 regional headquarters and a comprehensive marketing & service network in over 40 cities across China; In the global marketplace, it has subsidiaries spread across North America, Asia, Europe & Middle East.
