振動(dòng)切片機(jī)專(zhuān)切新鮮的或經(jīng)過(guò)固定的動(dòng)、植物標(biāo)本，切片時(shí)組織標(biāo)本不需冰凍或包埋。為此，樣品片避免了冰晶破壞，還能保持樣品活性和細(xì)胞良好形態(tài)。給“免疫細(xì)胞化學(xué)研究”以及“脊髓和腦薄片的神經(jīng)生物學(xué)研究”提供了良好條件，是當(dāng)代電鏡、解剖、組胚、生理、醫(yī)院、化工等實(shí)驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)最理想的快速制樣理想切片儀器。

該切片機(jī)切固定的腦和脊髓等組織，最薄可切到10微米，新鮮的腦、心、腎等組織最薄可切到30微米，且切片完整，片面光滑，染色均勻。
