西班牙泰事達(dá)公司始建于1963年，取名于一顆于同一年發(fā)射的人造通訊衛(wèi)星。1964年生產(chǎn)出第一臺(tái)工業(yè)型凍干機(jī)，從那時(shí)起的近40年中，泰事達(dá)已經(jīng)生產(chǎn)出300于臺(tái)工業(yè)型凍干機(jī)供應(yīng)歐美及亞洲市場(chǎng)。并于1971年成立了主要用于醫(yī)藥行業(yè)的潔凈廠房及層流設(shè)備的專(zhuān)業(yè)生產(chǎn)部門(mén)。由于公司多年從事與醫(yī)藥行業(yè)緊密相關(guān)的設(shè)備的研發(fā)與生產(chǎn)，對(duì)GMP要求及FDA認(rèn)證過(guò)程有著更深層次的理解與認(rèn)識(shí)，使得凍干機(jī)產(chǎn)品不斷完善與改進(jìn)。每一完善與改進(jìn)都意味著與GMP和FDA的要求更加的吻合。目前，泰事達(dá)公司已經(jīng)發(fā)展成為一家生產(chǎn)醫(yī)藥設(shè)備的專(zhuān)業(yè)廠家，其中近70％的產(chǎn)品供應(yīng)醫(yī)藥行業(yè)，50％的產(chǎn)品主要用于出口。 

公司總部設(shè)在風(fēng)景秀麗的巴塞羅納城，并在中國(guó)、美國(guó)、阿根廷等許多國(guó)家設(shè)有辦事處。公司對(duì)開(kāi)拓中國(guó)市場(chǎng)非常重視，投入了大量的人力、物力開(kāi)發(fā)了適合于中國(guó)用戶使用的全中文操作軟件，大大方便了用戶操作。
