Okolab was founded in 2002 by a group of scientists on the leading edge of the bio-medical research with a sound experience in the field of microscopy. It started as a spin-off company by developing custom-made lab-equipment and dedicated software. Thanks to the scientific approach of its people to any matter, Okolab has fast become a reference point for all those scientists involved in live cell microscopy. In the first half of 2005, Okolab enters into a business agreement with Carl Zeiss Italy.
