With a R&D base of 35,000 square meters and a production base of 66,700 square meters, OMEC takes particle size analysis instruments and high precision abrasive micro grits as its main industries, and has become the largest manufacturer of particle size analyzers in China and one of the first class abrasive micro grits manufacturers in the world.
Particle size analysis instruments include laser particle size analyzers, particle image processors and Coulter particle counters. Laser Particle Size Analyzers include multiple models of wet dispersion, dry dispersion, droplet measurement. After years of endeavor, OMEC applies the particle size measurement technologies in the production of abrasive micro grits, and has developed a unique online particle size measurement and control system, with which the classing process can be completed intelligently in real time, thus the particle size control of the abrasive is more accurate and stable. At the same time OMEC has developed a unique oversize particle detection technology, the detecting sensitivity reaches 1/1012 , with this technology, we can keep the number of oversize particles in a controlled range and enable the OMEC abrasive micro grits to be of higher standard than JIS.
