一：國際性的執(zhí)行規(guī)格 
每一樣JSP 產(chǎn)品都是依照英國、歐洲及國際性的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)格生產(chǎn)制造；所有的產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)和服務(wù)都是符合我們客戶的需求及期盼的。我們的品質(zhì)策略，是與我們事業(yè)及組成息息相關(guān)的。就如同產(chǎn)品制造會(huì)因?yàn)閲摇⑹袌?chǎng)和客戶之要求而面臨多變的產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，我們的品質(zhì)策略即是針對(duì)這些標(biāo)準(zhǔn)而制定，并且通過英國標(biāo)準(zhǔn)協(xié)會(huì)BSI 登記為ISO 9001：2000的品質(zhì)管理系列。

二：產(chǎn)品測(cè)試

三：CE標(biāo)志
這是一個(gè)依據(jù)個(gè)人防護(hù)用具命令89/686/EEC 需要所設(shè)立的標(biāo)志。
這項(xiàng)命令的主要內(nèi)容是規(guī)定制造商要保證其制造產(chǎn)品是安全且對(duì)使用者的健康無害,法律也規(guī)定如果我們銷售的產(chǎn)品違反這些命令，是不準(zhǔn)許使用CE標(biāo)志的。

四：風(fēng)箏標(biāo)志
這個(gè)風(fēng)箏標(biāo)志代表產(chǎn)品是符合相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)且始終如一的，它提供給消費(fèi)者買到一個(gè)具有公信力且真正安全的產(chǎn)品。作為一個(gè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)地位的制造商,JSP與英國國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)協(xié)會(huì)一起著手風(fēng)箏標(biāo)志的制定及開發(fā)，更為制定新的歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)而努力.

Manufacturing 

For more than 40 years, JSP has been synonymous with innovation, quality and reliability. Internationally recognised as the leading independent Personal Protective Equipment manufacturer in Europe, JSP is totally dedicated to manufacturing a broad range of equipment designed to give people the protection they need in their lives and workplace. 

JSP has total control of the safety manufacturing process, starting with sourcing and sorting materials from internationally recognised suppliers, to moulding and assembly, and finally packaging of the many products in the safety range. High ongoing investments in plant sites and latest machinery equipment, has allowed vertical integration of manufacturing - ensuring direct quality control of the complete programme. 

Research and Development 

JSP's own internal Research and Development Department is responsible for designing and realising all of the company's new products and the continued improvement of existing products. The Research and Development team use a mix of traditional and current techniques to develop these products. 

The highly dedicated R&D team has over 25 years combined experience. The R&D facility comprises an open plan 'think-tank' style office and a fully equipped model-making Workshop. 

Quality Assurance 

World Wide Performance Specifications Every JSP product is manufactured and conforms to appropriate British, European and International performance specifications. To meet our customer's needs and expectations in terms of total product quality and quality of service, our Quality Policy applies to every aspect of our business. As well as producing products that meet various product standards, we also operate a Quality Management System (QMS) that meets and is registered by the British Standards Institute (BSI) to ISO 9001:2000. 

Product Testing 

In our extensive BSI certified Test Laboratory, the JSP Quality Department ensures that all products comply to the appropriate standard. We have made a substantial investment in custom-designed test equipment. It is continually updated so that our products are tested to the most recent product standards. Our test equipment is extensive because JSP manufacture such a wide range of safety products. 

For example, we have equipment for shooting high speed particles at eyewear, dropping masses on to helmets, drawing dust particles through masks, projecting sound at ear defenders, measuring light reflected by barrier boards and the stability of the traffic cones. As well as carrying out routine testing, our Quality Department personnel also use their extensive experience to assist the R & D Department in the design of new products and test them to the relevant product standard. All this is in addition to the testing that is carried out by independent test houses to ensure compliance for CE Marking.
