　　AntiCancer公司的A/C Diagnostics部門已獲FDA核準(zhǔn)，上市在A/C診斷讀取器上進(jìn)行的A/C便攜式酶同型半胱氨酸檢測。這一新型的同型半胱氨酸檢測采用了對同型半胱氨酸特異的基因工程合成酶。該檢測將能滿足同型半胱氨酸普查的需求，同型半胱氨酸是心血管和其他疾病的風(fēng)險因素。A/C便攜式酶同型半胱氨酸檢測的產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理和主導(dǎo)研究員Yuying Tan說：“這項檢測很簡單，因此檢測盒的定價結(jié)構(gòu)具有經(jīng)濟(jì)性。這樣我們有可能獲得同型半胱氨酸檢測市場的巨大份額。”
　　A/C便攜式酶同型半胱氨酸檢測采用小型的便攜式熒光讀取器，即A/C診斷讀取器，通過3步法單酶檢測測定總同型半胱氨酸(tHCY)，有助于高同型半胱氨酸血癥的診斷和治療，高同型半胱氨酸血癥是心血管疾病和其他疾病的風(fēng)險因素。 該檢測精度高，由于采血量少，甚至可指尖采血，因此可在小型實驗室、診療室或藥房進(jìn)行。該檢測盒僅供體外使用。
