衛(wèi)材（中國(guó)）藥業(yè)有限公司是由衛(wèi)材株式會(huì)社全額投資成立的獨(dú)資制藥企業(yè)。衛(wèi)材株式會(huì)社是一家以研究開發(fā)醫(yī)藥產(chǎn)品為主的跨國(guó)公司，總部設(shè)在日本東京。衛(wèi)材自90年代初進(jìn)入中國(guó)市場(chǎng)以來(lái)順利發(fā)展至今。在沈陽(yáng)成立了沈陽(yáng)衛(wèi)材制藥有限公司，隨后在蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)成立了制藥工廠衛(wèi)材（蘇州）制藥有限公司，也就是現(xiàn)在衛(wèi)材（中國(guó)）藥業(yè)有限公司的前身。并于2002年起更名為衛(wèi)材（中國(guó)）藥業(yè)有限公司。目前公司在中國(guó)銷售的藥品多達(dá)十余種，主要集中在中樞神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)，消化領(lǐng)域，內(nèi)分泌和骨科領(lǐng)域。

Eisai China Inc. is a pharmaceutical company solely invested by Eisai Co., Ltd. Japan, a multinational pharmaceutical company. Eisai has been developing smoothly in China since the early 1990s. It went through Shenyang Eisai and Eisai Suzhou successively (a Japan-funded company, located in Suzhou industrial Park), and later it was renamed as Eisai China Inc. since 2002.
