芬蘭TVI公司自1993年以來就致力于面向全球客戶開發(fā)生產(chǎn)要求的工業(yè)機(jī)器視覺現(xiàn)場(chǎng)中需要的數(shù)字線掃描相機(jī)。TVI Vision XIIMUS系列將相機(jī)的性能提高到一個(gè)更高的水平。
TVI的彩色線掃描相機(jī)通過一個(gè)分光棱鏡來確保三種顏色（紅、綠、藍(lán)）的極好分離，每種信號(hào)的光譜分布都是標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的。3個(gè)線CCD可確保棱鏡的各顏色輸出端口能夠獨(dú)立地探測(cè)紅、綠、藍(lán)信號(hào)。相機(jī)有3X512~3X4096像素分辨率，其中512像素模式輸出線速度能達(dá)到65K線/秒。
I/O端可接多種圖像采集卡或根據(jù)特殊要求選擇的特殊板卡。XIIMUS系列相機(jī)配有簡(jiǎn)單易用的配置軟件，可通過RS-232端口和Camera Link端口使用，高達(dá)60項(xiàng)產(chǎn)品應(yīng)用的特性配置可被保存到存儲(chǔ)器。XIIMUS系列相機(jī)可隨時(shí)對(duì)相機(jī)內(nèi)部電壓和溫度進(jìn)行監(jiān)控。通過查看相機(jī)后部的LED燈或者讀取相機(jī)狀態(tài)顯示可觀察到相機(jī)溫度的變化。
