TESCAN 是一家捷克的私營有限責(zé)任公司，位于捷克第二大城市Brno,主要研發(fā)和生產(chǎn)掃描電子顯微鏡。TESCAN公司的前身是Tesla公司，從1951年就開始制造電子顯微鏡。TESCAN公司旗下集合了多位掌握著先進電子顯微技術(shù)、經(jīng)驗豐富的科學(xué)家，有著多年電鏡領(lǐng)域工作經(jīng)驗的研發(fā)技術(shù)工程師，以及高學(xué)歷的、富有創(chuàng)新精神的年輕人。TESCAN在1994年被授予捷克共和國年度最具創(chuàng)新精神企業(yè)的稱號。TESCAN 致力于電鏡及相關(guān)附屬設(shè)備的研發(fā)、生產(chǎn)和銷售已達十余年。首臺PC控制的掃描電鏡于90年代中期投入市場。 
目前生產(chǎn)的VEGA系列在世界范圍內(nèi)受到廣泛的好評。從2000年推出新系列VEGA 至今已有近600臺VEGA系列的電鏡售往世界各地。2004年再次正式進入中國市場，由上海品歐納米材料科技有限公司全權(quán)代理，至今，在中國已銷售50多臺。TESCAN主要的市場在歐洲、美國、中國、韓國和臺灣地區(qū),TESCAN也已經(jīng)在俄羅斯和印度地區(qū)展開了市場推廣且為取得這些區(qū)域的市場份額奠定了良好的基礎(chǔ)。 
近年來新一代配備Schottky發(fā)射器、命名為“MIRA”的場發(fā)射掃描電鏡已投入生產(chǎn)，而且新的型號已在2005年8月Davos的德語系國家電鏡大會上首次進行了發(fā)布。新型號保證了TESCAN在世界市場上能夠增加相當(dāng)?shù)母偁幮裕⑶议_發(fā)新的市場空間，為歐盟對美國和遠東的出口增長做出貢獻。TESCAN目前旗下有200多位高教育水平、經(jīng)驗豐富的雇員攜手工作。

2009年9月TESCAN中國公司TESCAN CHINA LTD.（泰思肯貿(mào)易(上海)有限公司）在中國成立，總部位于上海，同時已在北京、深圳設(shè)有分部，TESCAN CHINA LTD.全權(quán)負責(zé)TESCAN所有掃描電子顯微鏡在中國境內(nèi)的銷售、保養(yǎng)和維修等一切售前業(yè)務(wù)和售后服務(wù)。這意味著從現(xiàn)在開始TESCAN生產(chǎn)廠家將之間面對廣大的中國用戶群更好、更直接的提供服務(wù)。TESCAN CHINA LTD.吸收并壯大了上海品歐納米材料科技有限公司的銷售和技術(shù)團隊，具有堅強的售后服務(wù)團隊，充足的零配件庫，迅速提供的原廠零配件以及隨時支持的遠程遙控服務(wù)。同時，我們是國內(nèi)唯一一家可承諾“保修期內(nèi)每3至6個月回訪客戶一次”的掃描電子顯微鏡廠家（無論電鏡是否發(fā)生問題）。
