 Nanofinder®30 三維顯微激光拉曼光譜儀裝置是日本首創(chuàng),世界最初的分析裝置。它能在亞微米到納米范圍內(nèi),測定物質(zhì)化學(xué)狀態(tài)的三維圖像。它由共焦激光顯微鏡,壓電陶瓷平臺(或電動掃描器)和光譜儀組成。并能自選追加原子力顯微鏡和近場表面增強(qiáng)拉曼測定的功能。
 Nanofinder®FLEX是Nanofinder®30的新型系列產(chǎn)品,具有Nanofinder®30的基本性能, 各個器件做成小型組件,特別是拉曼光學(xué)器件的大小變成原來的1/6, 凝縮成A4尺寸。拉曼光學(xué)器件可直接安裝在正立式光學(xué)顯微鏡上,非常節(jié)省空間,實(shí)際上只占有1臺正立式光學(xué)顯微鏡的面積。因用光纖連接激光器,光譜儀,致冷式CCD探測器和其他器件, 不需特別配置實(shí)驗場所。 更換激光光源時, 拉曼光學(xué)器件也需一起更換。拉曼光學(xué)器件的空間分辨率為300nm以下,其靈敏度高達(dá)1分鐘內(nèi)可測出Si的第4級拉曼光譜。操作性出類拔粹,不需任何光路調(diào)節(jié),不管是誰都能簡單使用。軟件是深受用戶好評的Nanofinder®30的測定軟件,測定內(nèi)容充實(shí),圖像的可視化能力超群。特別是拉曼光學(xué)器件和壓電陶瓷平臺的小型化,使裝置全體價格大幅下降,實(shí)現(xiàn)了低價格。另外, 實(shí)驗室巳有的激光器,光譜儀和致冷式CCD探測器(ANDOR公司)都可使用,更能減少大量購買資金。

Core technologies: 
For over twenty five years we have been bringing our own independently
developed instruments as well as U.S. made and European made analytical
and measurement systems to the market. Our instrument systems include
laser flash photolysis, CARS, laser manipulation systems, LIF/PLIF
(laser induced fluorescence) systems, femtosecond pump probe transient
absorption spectrometers, etc. With over 100 such systems installed,
we have acquired extensive expertise in these systems. 
We have applied our experience with and knowledge of spectroscopy and
lasers to introduce our two own revolutionary products: the Nanofinder®30 ,
a three dimensional Raman microscope for nanotechnology,
and a femtosecond laser based micromachining system.
Currently under development is our latest system that combines a laser
confocal microscope, stage, and spectrometer with an atomic force
microscope. This system will allow simultaneous determination of
chemical and physical characteristics of a sample with a spatial
resolution of 30 nm. 
In partnership with our joint venture partners, Solar TII(a leader
in spectroscopy) and Lotis TII (a major laser manufacturer) we share 
technology and know-how to readily meet the needs of our customers. 
Staff development
Our staff members are mainly hired as recent graduates from advanced
degree programs at universities known for technology. Our aim is to
provide our staff with training and educational opportunities to
enhance their skills as customer satisfaction oriented professionals.
In addition, our staff members who are from overseas are given educational
opportunities to develop their appreciation of Japanese culture. 
Professional Affiliations
Our senior management belongs to the Cabinet Office General Council for
Science and Technology, Nanotechnology (2003) and the Japan Science and
Technology (JST) Committee and provides cooperation for practical application
of new technology.
