2000 EG&G PARC收購PerkinElmer公司并更名為PerkinElmer，同時成為全球第一家能提供完整的電化學產(chǎn)品線的制造商。
2002 阿美特克集團收購PerkinElmer，并以Princeton Applied Research作為其電化學產(chǎn)品的商標
