舜宇恒平儀器系舜宇光學(xué)科技集團旗下的子公司。集團為國內(nèi)最大的光學(xué)器件、光電產(chǎn)品及科學(xué)儀器生產(chǎn)廠商之一，已于2007年6月在香港聯(lián)交所主板成功上市。2008年《福布斯》雜志評選出200家企業(yè)入選中國最具潛力企業(yè)排行榜，集團榮列第18位。

Shanghai Sunny Hengping Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd (formerly known as Shanghai Hengping Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd) is a Shanghai high-technology enterprise specializing in developing, and manufacturing the instruments for weight, quality, humidity, viscosity measurement and ingredient analysis, etc..
The company provides four areas, more than 100 models of advanced scientific instruments, covering analytical instruments, balances, physical properties measuring instruments as well as sample pretreatment equipments. The company always follows the market to operate.The company serves the customers good choices for perfect products, zero-distance sales network, as well as email, phone or on-site technical support. Our customers come from both China and abroad.

In 2007, Shanghai Hengping Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd joined Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Co. Ltd as a subsidiary company of the group, and renamed the company as Shanghai Sunny Hengping Scientific Instrument Co., Ltd. Sunny Optical Technology (Group) Co. Ltd is a leading optical component, optoelectronic product and scientific instrument manufacturer, and it was listed on Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Mainboard) in Jun 2007.
Based on the integration of the resources of instrument development and manufacture from Shanghai Hengping Co. Ltd and the group, the company attracts a lot of professional talented people. The company will develop faster and better with the support of the group in R&D, manufacture, management and internationalization. For the moment, the company has one scientific instrument R&D center and two factories.
