RIGOL生產(chǎn)基地創(chuàng)建于2004年，是國內(nèi)首家最大的專業(yè)測量儀器生產(chǎn)基地，下設(shè)生產(chǎn)處、質(zhì)控處、工程處、倉儲處、注塑車間和生產(chǎn)計劃處六個部門。
生產(chǎn)基地擁有雄厚的技術(shù)力量，技術(shù)人員占40%。經(jīng)過十年的歷練,生產(chǎn)基地擁有一流的生產(chǎn)工藝及嚴(yán)格的質(zhì)量保證體系，并引進大量國際先進的檢測儀器，如：精密信號源校準(zhǔn)設(shè)備、部門自行開發(fā)的自動測試軟件、影像分析系統(tǒng)、綜合實驗室及先進的生產(chǎn)線設(shè)備等等，保證了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量。
RIGOL生產(chǎn)基地是國內(nèi)最早通過ISO9000質(zhì)量管理體系和ISO14001環(huán)境管理體系認證的企業(yè)之一,本著以為客戶提供價值,為人才提供發(fā)展平臺的理念，引入ERP系統(tǒng)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化流程體系、推行生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場6S管理活動、建立工時統(tǒng)計和績效考核制度KPI等管理方法，改善績效，實現(xiàn)精細化生產(chǎn)。
研發(fā)中心設(shè)有硬件開發(fā)、軟件開發(fā)、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、平面設(shè)計四大部分。配有資料室、設(shè)備室、會議室等基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，提供給研發(fā)人員開放式的辦公場所，方便獲取信息和交流信息。中心采用多功能通訊系統(tǒng)和嚴(yán)密的門禁系統(tǒng)，充分體現(xiàn)了電子化、智能化辦公。

About Rigol

Rigol Technologies is a fast growing Test and Measurement Manufacturer. 2008 marks our 10th year in business and we expect to sell mare than 35,000 Digital Storage Oscilloscopes (DSO) this year making RIGOL the #2 DSO manufacturer in the world in terms of units. Rigol Technologies designs and manufacturers all our products at our 20 acre technology campus and fully supports our products here in the USA.
RIGOL Technologies was started in the Summer of 1998. With the help of friends and family for initial start up capital and a supportive professor RIGOL was formed.
The early days were filled with many projects including an aquarium display and control boards for a SW programming class. It was a time of anything to get some revenue. In 1999 development was completed on RIGOL's 1 st Test and measurement Product a Digitizing Oscilloscope that was controlled by a PC the RVO 2100.
In 2000 RIGOL produced our 1 st bench DSO for another manufacturer. The DSO had 100 MSa/s sample rate and up to 100 MHz bandwidth. It was a good scope and in 2001 RIGOL improved the design greatly and created our own product with similar specifications but a superior look and feel and was much more reliable.
It was soon clear that to compete with the major company in the low end market we would need to achieve a banner specification of 1 GSa/s. We developed an introduced in 2004 the 1 st 1 GSA/s DSO from a smaller manufacturer. This product dramatically increases RIGOL's market position and revenue. Before this product RIGOL total Revenues were < $5 million USD. Today 4 years later we will generate > $30 million in revenue and manufacturer over 35,000 DSO and other products.
The growth in revenue has provided the capital needed to expand our R&D activities and over the past 4 years our lab has grown from ~ 10 engineers in 2004 to close to 100 today in 2008. We now have R&D teams developing many new products in more categories than ever before and plan to introduce a major product every 4 to 6 months.
 
Jul., 1998 RIGOL WORKSHOP was founded in Beijing.
May., 1999 RIGOL's first product RVO2100, a high performance Virtual Digital Storage Oscilloscope was introduced.
Dec., 2000 RIGOL Technoligies, Inc. was founded and Certified as New Hi-tech Enterprises.
Mar., 2002 RIGOL DS3000 series DSO, the first high performance Bench-Top DSO.
Feb., 2004 RIGOL DS5000 series DSO, the first 1GSa/s real-time sample rate, 200MHz bandwidth DSO from any Chinese manufacturer was introduced.
Mar., 2005 Agilent DSO3000 (Rigol DS5000 ODM version) was launched.
Apr., 2006 RIGOL Technology Campus was opened in Beijing and received ISO9001:2000 Certification. RIGOL awarded Innovation Company Award from EDN China, the first time this prestigious award was ever granded to a Chinese company.
Apr., 2006 RIGOL the first mixed signal oscilloscope DS1000 in China was introduced and earned EDN China “the Leading Product Award”.
Aug, 2006 Iwatsu DS5K (Rigol DS1000 ODM version) was launched.
Jul., 2006 RIGOL DG3000/DG2000 series Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generator was introduced. 
Aug., 2006 RIGOL 6 1/2 Digital Multimeter DM3000 series was introduced.

Apr, 2007 Rigol received ISO14001:2004 environmental management system certificaion. And was invited to be the member of the comittee to draft China National Standard GB/T15289-07“General Technology Condition and Measurement of Digital Oscilloscope" . October, Shanghai R&D center was opened.
May., 2007 RIGOL DS1000A was introduced. This is the first DSO in China with 2GSa/s real-time sampling rate with bandwidth up to 300MHz.
May., 2007 RIGOL DG1000 series Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generator with build-in counter was introduced.
Aug., 2008 RIGOL was certified as the Enterprises Technology Center of Beijing,
November DM3064 multimeter was awarded EDN China “the Leading Product Award”
Apr., 2008 RIGOL the first 4-Channel LXI Class C compliance DSO DS1000B series digital oscilloscopes.
Mar, 2008 Introduced DS1000E/D series digital oscilloscope and dual-channel Function/Arbitrary Waveform Generator DG1022. DS1000E won Electronic Products 2008 Product of The Year award.
Jan., 2009 Rigol is the first company in Asia and the third around the world certified LXI Class C standard compatibility test house.
May., 2009 RIGOL DP1308A programmable DC power supply was introduced.
Aug., 2009 RF Spectrum Analyzer features digital IF technology DSA1000A series was introduced.
Nov., High Performance DS6000 series was introduced. The first DSO in China features 1GHz Bandwidth, 5 GSa/s real time sample rate, 140Mpts Memory Depth and 120K waveforms/s waveform updating rate.
