美國星科公司（CIMCORE）1973年由美國Homer Eaton等人創(chuàng)立，1986年開始銷售移動式關(guān)節(jié)臂，1989年法國ROMER公司成立，1996年ROMER公司推出1000系列移動式三坐標測量機（PCMM），2000年法國ROMER開始以CIMCORE為品牌在北美以外的市場銷售移動式CMM及相關(guān)產(chǎn)品，CIMCORE Infinite 系列PCMM是目前世界上最精密的關(guān)節(jié)臂式測量機，2004年美國星科公司被瑞典海克斯康（HEAXGON）集團公司并購。
