瑞利公司現(xiàn)有員工462人，其中，有研究生7人、大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷的63人、大專學(xué)歷89人。具有高級(jí)職稱的9人，中級(jí)職稱的46人。其中人員為中專、高中、職高學(xué)歷。

企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營管理形式，按產(chǎn)品劃分四個(gè)事業(yè)部、兩個(gè)分公司。四個(gè)事業(yè)部即：原子吸收事業(yè)部、紫外事業(yè)部、生化發(fā)射事業(yè)部、紅外事業(yè)部；兩個(gè)分公司即：機(jī)械精密加工有限公司、光學(xué)加工有限公司。事業(yè)部、分廠實(shí)行獨(dú)立核算，自負(fù)盈虧。事業(yè)部在冊(cè)人員230人，其中，從事研發(fā)和銷售的人員80人。產(chǎn)品市場(chǎng)率分別占10%-50%，年銷售額5000萬元。兩個(gè)分廠在冊(cè)人員120余人，年銷售額2000萬元左右。

瑞利公司現(xiàn)已研制生產(chǎn)七大系列30多個(gè)品種的分析儀器產(chǎn)品。其中，原子吸收分光光度計(jì)系列、原子熒光光譜儀系列、紫外/可見分光光度計(jì)系列、傅立葉紅外系列、發(fā)射光譜系列處于國內(nèi)領(lǐng)先或國際先進(jìn)水平。公司的主導(dǎo)產(chǎn)品原子吸收分光光度計(jì)獲得火焰原子吸收法國家及專利，在國際、國內(nèi)先后十七次獲獎(jiǎng)，榮獲1997年第七屆BCEIA國際大會(huì)金獎(jiǎng)。2002年AF-610系列原子熒光光譜儀、WQF-310/410型傅立葉紅外光譜儀雙獲國家經(jīng)貿(mào)委國家重點(diǎn)新產(chǎn)品證書，UV-1600紫外可見分光光度計(jì)、WQF-200型傅立葉變換紅外光譜儀獲得了由國家科技部、對(duì)外貿(mào)易經(jīng)濟(jì)合作部、國家稅務(wù)總局、國家質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢驗(yàn)檢疫總局、國家環(huán)境保護(hù)總局聯(lián)合頒發(fā)的國家重點(diǎn)新產(chǎn)品證書。

Beijing Rayleigh Analytical Instrument Corporation (BRAIC) is a leading manufacturer of spectroscopic instruments in China. Since it was founded in 1968, the company has been devoting itself to the research, development and manufacture of spectroscopic instruments with thirty years experience in this field, BRAIC now offers six series of over 20 models of products, which include atomic absorption spectrophotometers, optical emission spectrometers, UV/VIS spectrophotometers, FTIR spectrometers, biochemical analyzers and grating monochromators. The instruments serve a wide range of industries such as pharmaceuticals, foods, chemical, petroleum, agriculture, metallurgy, geology, environmental protection etc..
 
The company incorporates a machining workshop, an optical processing workshop and a grating laboratory, which are all equipped with high precision equipment and advanced technology for instrument manufacturing. It is also provided with several test rooms necessary for instrument quality examination.
