Panomics公司的QuantiGene2.0 產(chǎn)品是基于Branched DNA（b-DNA）技術(shù)，完成核酸水平的精確定量檢測。它克服了傳統(tǒng)的real-time PCR（或者q-PCR）技術(shù)中的種種缺陷與不確定因素，無需抽提純化RNA，無需反轉(zhuǎn)錄，無需PCR擴增，對樣本量下限無要求（只需mRNA拷貝數(shù)在檢測范圍內(nèi)），只需將樣本用特定裂解液裂解后，經(jīng)探針雜交與信號放大即可迅速得到比real-time PCR更加精確的定量結(jié)果。除組織、細胞樣本外，該技術(shù)對血液樣本與福爾馬林浸泡、石蠟包埋切片（FFPE）同樣具有極高的精確度、準確性與重現(xiàn)性。

Panomics now part of Affymetrix, is still focused on delivering innovative solutions for Parallel Quantitative Biology or PQB.
What is PQB? We define PQB as contextual, systems-level measurements of genes, proteins and their cellular functions. PQB will facilitate understanding of biological pathways and networks in the context of normal physiology and development, disease pathology and drug treatment.
Our mission is to establish worldwide leadership with PQB products for basic life science research, clinical research, and drug discovery and development based on innovative solutions for critical applications such as cell signaling, RNAi-mediated gene silencing and high information assays, clinical biomarker discovery, predictive toxicology and transcription regulation.
