經(jīng)過員工多年的不懈努力，天隆公司成功開發(fā)了以熒時熒光定量PCR儀為代表的系列核酸診斷產(chǎn)品。其廣泛應(yīng)用各級醫(yī)療機構(gòu)和臨床實驗室，如傳染病學(xué)中病毒、細菌、支原體、衣原體等病原體檢測；腫瘤性疾病中多種腫瘤標志核酸檢測等。作為醫(yī)療儀器的一大門類，天隆公司還開發(fā)成功了先進的電腦控制激光治療機、微波治療儀、光譜治療儀、陰道鏡、肝病治療儀等物理治療系列產(chǎn)品。在正規(guī)化及市場化建設(shè)中，天隆公司獲得了國家食品藥品監(jiān)督管理局（SFDA）核發(fā)的醫(yī)療器械生產(chǎn)及經(jīng)營許可證（陜藥管械生產(chǎn)許（2002）第3171號、陜藥管械經(jīng)營許20010073號），已申請或獲準國家發(fā)明專利三項，實用新型和外觀設(shè)計專利多項，同時通過了SFDA質(zhì)量體系認證，多個產(chǎn)品獲得了SFDA核發(fā)的產(chǎn)品注冊證并擁有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)，成為一、二、三類醫(yī)療機械的合法生產(chǎn)者和經(jīng)營者。并且06年主持了西安市重大技術(shù)創(chuàng)新項目和高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)化示范工程。

天隆公司利用其研發(fā)實力，03年承擔(dān)了國家科技攻關(guān)項目“公共場所特定病毒（如SARS）快速采樣及定量分析評估系統(tǒng)”（項目編號：KS200303）的研究，并獲得了資助。實時熒光定量PCR系統(tǒng)04年獲得了國家重點新產(chǎn)品證書（項目編號2004ED851018）。04年具有自主知識產(chǎn)權(quán)的產(chǎn)品項目“柔性照明低誤差芯片閱讀儀”獲得了國家科技部財政部科技型企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新基金無償資助（批準文號：國科發(fā)計字[2004]460號）。05年7月公司被評為高新技術(shù)認證企業(yè)。

Xi’an Tianlong Science and Technology CO., Ltd., located in the national high-tech development zone, is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of the biochemical and medical treatment apparatus, and in the management and distribution of the medical instruments and the diagnostic reagent used in vitro.
In order to ensure the development of Tianlong, we attach much importance to the technical innovation and the talent development. The delegates of our company attended the AACC (American Association for Clinical Chemistry), MEDICA(in Germany), and the Congress on Medicine German and Chinese. In order to introduce the high-tech science, the apparatus and the management experiences, we have built the close cooperation relationships with SIEMENS, Xi’an Jiaotong University, the Fourth Military Medical University, the Northern Campus of Guangzhou, Sun Yat-sen University, and Chinese Academy of Sciences in wide fields.
With great efforts to develop new biotechnology systems for several years, we can offer the new types of the assay system and diagnostic reagent, such as the immunofluorescent test, the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and the biochip read-out Modality Applications. There are genic and nucleic acid test methods to diagnose infectious disease, such as, hepatitis, venereal disease, tuberculosis, AIDS and so on. As a medical apparatus and instruments company, we have developed many high-tech physiotherapy apparatus, such as the Laser instrument for treatment controlled by computer, the microwave therapy apparatus, the spectrographic therapy apparatus, the colposcope, the hepatopathy therapy apparatus and so on. During the time of SARS, we developed the “the quick-sampling, quantitative-analysis and evaluation system for special virus (e.g. SARS) in public spaces” (supported by the national project under the grant No.KS200203).
