比利時NanoMEGAS公司是一家致力于發(fā)展先進的電子晶體學(xué)技術(shù)的高科技公司。目前公司開發(fā)的產(chǎn)品包括透射電鏡旋進電子衍射技術(shù)、電子衍射計和透射電鏡晶體取向和晶相發(fā)布自動分析系統(tǒng)等，這些先進技術(shù)和設(shè)備可以安裝在100-400kV的所有透射電鏡（包括FEI、JEOL、日立、ZEISS等廠家的所有透射型號，有無STEM附件均可）上。
旋進電子衍射技術(shù)將目前廣泛應(yīng)用的電子衍射方法擴展到定量晶體學(xué)領(lǐng)域，是電子晶體學(xué)的重大發(fā)展。應(yīng)用旋進電子衍射技術(shù)以后，透射電鏡的電子衍射強度接近于運動學(xué)理論數(shù)字，可以使用X射線晶體學(xué)的軟件和方法進行處理，從而得到納米晶體的二維和三維晶體結(jié)構(gòu)。
透射電鏡晶體取向和晶相發(fā)布自動分析系統(tǒng)類似于掃描電鏡上的EBSD（背散射電子衍射花樣）分析技術(shù)，但其分辨率更高（在場發(fā)射透射電鏡上可以達到5nm以下）、分析速度更快，而且適合于各種晶體類型。
