金唯智總部位于美國新澤西州，另在美國加利福尼亞州、華盛頓州、馬里蘭州、馬薩諸塞州、北卡羅來納州、英國的倫敦設立了分公司，并于2008年在北京海淀區(qū)成立了第一家中國分公司-金唯智生物科技（北京）有限公司，于2010年在蘇州工業(yè)園區(qū)納米科技園成立了蘇州金唯智生物科技有限公司。
