以色列梯瓦制藥（TEVA）工業(yè)有限公司是全球著名的跨國制藥企業(yè)，致力于非專利藥品、專利品牌藥品和活性藥物成分的研究開發(fā)、生產(chǎn)和推廣。TEVA 是全球排名前20 位的制藥公司，也是世界上最大的非專利藥制藥公司。

梯瓦起家于20世紀初，當(dāng)時是一個用駱駝和毛驢在Palestine各地輸送藥品的公司。二戰(zhàn)期間一個很偶然的機會，梯瓦成為當(dāng)?shù)刈钪饕乃幤饭┴浬讨弧?948年以色利政府成立后，以色列的醫(yī)藥市場穩(wěn)定發(fā)展，梯瓦開始出口自己的產(chǎn)品。1976年一舉并購Assia和Zori兩個制藥公司后，梯瓦的實力得到質(zhì)的提高，并進入其長達30年的并購時代，陸續(xù)收購了多家制藥公司。1986年梯瓦收購了美國賓夕法尼亞州的仿制藥公司列蒙，2001年獲得了馬瑞恩的所有權(quán)。這兩次并購是梯瓦發(fā)展史上的重要轉(zhuǎn)折點，對其立足美國市場、在銷售生產(chǎn)等多方面起到舉足輕重的作用。2004年梯瓦斥資34億美元收購Sicor，從而進入生產(chǎn)仿制藥注射劑的生物仿制藥領(lǐng)域。2005年以74億美元大手筆收購Ivax，梯瓦成功躋身于世界第16大處方藥銷售制藥公司。

2006 年，TEVA 全球銷售收入預(yù)計將超過80 億美元,其中80%的銷售額來自北美和歐洲。2006年美國梯瓦公司（Teva Pharm Usa）是全美國處方量最多的公司，多達4.22億張，占美國處方量的比重已超過10%，遠高于第2位的輝瑞公司。在未來7年內(nèi)，市場銷售額共計達1000億美元的藥品面臨專利到期的問題，預(yù)計梯瓦在2007年和2008年將有70～80個新仿制藥問世。
