1991年，SKF從公司創(chuàng)立人收購(gòu)了60%的股份。1993年，Westergyllen集團(tuán)全面收購(gòu)Fixturlaser。自此，F(xiàn)ixturlaser成為Westergyllen集團(tuán)其中的重要成員。Westergyllen集團(tuán)是一間在瑞典股票交易所上市的控股公司。

Elos Fixturlaser AB was founded in 1984. The company develops, manufactures and markets laser alignment tools for rotating machinery. Our instruments are used by maintenance departments in process, pulp & paper, power generation, and shipping industries, among others.
In 1993, the entire company was acquired by Elos AB (formerly Westergyllen AB), an industrial group, which is organized in two business areas: Medical Technology and Precision Technology. The group is listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB, Small Cap List, the Swedish stock exchange market.
Elos Fixturlaser AB is located in Mölndal, Sweden, and is represented in more than 70 countries world wide.
