德國(guó)醫(yī)療保健巨頭費(fèi)森尤斯公司（Fresenius）表示將以15億歐元（約18.1億美元）的價(jià)格收購(gòu)德國(guó)私營(yíng)連鎖醫(yī)院HeliosKliniken。此舉使其成為德國(guó)最大的醫(yī)院運(yùn)營(yíng)公司之一。
　 費(fèi)森尤斯集團(tuán)此次從Helios創(chuàng)始家族手中購(gòu)得94％的股份，而剩余6％的股份則留給了Helios的管理層。Helios總共有24家連鎖醫(yī)院，約9300個(gè)床位。通過(guò)這一收購(gòu)，費(fèi)森尤斯將得以拉近其與德國(guó)實(shí)力雄厚的老對(duì)頭RhoenKlinikumAG之間的距離，后者擁有11800張床位。而費(fèi)森尤斯的雄心并沒(méi)有停留在此，公司首席執(zhí)行官UlfSchneider在接受《金融時(shí)報(bào)》（德國(guó)版）采訪時(shí)表示，在Helios之后，公司還將進(jìn)一步在醫(yī)院業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行收購(gòu)。而RhoenKlinikum監(jiān)事會(huì)成員EugenMuench則表示，不懼怕來(lái)自費(fèi)森尤斯的挑戰(zhàn)。Muench稱，目前各家公司的市場(chǎng)份額都很小，還有90％的市場(chǎng)等待拓展。 
 

　 據(jù)悉，德國(guó)2000家由非營(yíng)利的公共機(jī)構(gòu)管理的醫(yī)院中，大部分都不同程度地出現(xiàn)了財(cái)務(wù)困難，并且正在尋求買方，這就為諸如費(fèi)森尤斯以及RhoenKlinikum這樣的公司提供了機(jī)遇。
　 費(fèi)森尤斯公司于2001年收購(gòu)德國(guó)醫(yī)院運(yùn)營(yíng)商WittgensteinerKliniken后，涉足醫(yī)院業(yè)務(wù)。但是，費(fèi)森尤斯在這一領(lǐng)域并未像公司在其他領(lǐng)域那樣大舉獲得成功。費(fèi)森尤斯去年總收入為62.3億美元，而來(lái)自醫(yī)院部門的收入則約為9.8億美元。
　 為了對(duì)這一交易進(jìn)行融資，費(fèi)森尤斯將在2006年中期之前發(fā)行7億歐元左右的債券。而瑞士信貸第一波士頓和摩根士丹利則已為該公司提供了7億歐元的過(guò)渡性融資。費(fèi)森尤斯由于剛在今年5月份斥資35億美元收購(gòu)了美國(guó)腎病透析服務(wù)公司RenalCareGroupInc，公司資產(chǎn)負(fù)債表負(fù)擔(dān)有所增加。

HELIOS Hospital Group
The HELIOS Hospital Group ranks among the largest and most medically advanced hospital groups in Germany. After its acquisition by the Fresenius Group in December 2005, HELIOS Hospital Corporation formed part of the Fresenius ProServe company. As from January 1, 2008 HELIOS figures as an independant business segment within the Fresenius Group.
