The company founder Mr. Dinghai Liao is the senior expert to study the GNSS at the earliest stage, directly initiate and promote the GNSS technology localization and industrialization. The early 90s, Mr. Dinghai Liao is met with Chairman Jiang Zemin by his scientific researches, which win the second prize of Army scientific and technological progress.
