007年12月份，Alliance公司與AMS/Westco 科學儀器公司（環(huán)境與醫(yī)療市場的儀器領導者）合并，并組建了AMS集團公司。集團目前的產(chǎn)品涉及全自動間斷化學分析儀、連續(xù)流動分析儀、紅外品質(zhì)分析儀、全自動消解系統(tǒng)與蒸餾系統(tǒng)等多系列產(chǎn)品。其中AMS意大利公司 (www.ams-analyzers.com) 建立于1992年。Westco 科技公司(www.westcoscientific.com) 建立于1986年，Westco主要的方向在于全自動間斷化學分析和樣品制備。其主要產(chǎn)品Smartchem 200全自動化學分析儀于2001年獲匹茲堡科學創(chuàng)新大獎。其產(chǎn)品廣泛應用到生態(tài)學、環(huán)境科學、濕地研究、土壤研究等多個領域。目前已被中國農(nóng)業(yè)科學院、中國林業(yè)科學研究院、蘭州大學、國家海洋局、北京農(nóng)學院、中國環(huán)境科學研究院等幾十家單位所廣泛采用，大大提高了科學研究的效率和數(shù)據(jù)的可靠性。

Westco Scientific Instruments, Inc. was formed in 1987 as a manufacturer and supplier of after-market consumables for clinical laboratories. In addition, Westco supplied consumables to a number of analytical instrument manufacturers. Key acquisitions in 1991 expanded Westco's product range to include the industrial and environmental laboratory marketplace as well.
