微創(chuàng)醫(yī)療器械（上海）有限公司， 由留美科學(xué)家常兆華博士創(chuàng)辦于一九九八年五月，現(xiàn)已成為由Otsuka Pharmaceutical Corporation （大冢制藥株式會(huì)社）、We'Tron Capital China Limited （中國(guó)微創(chuàng)投資管理有限公司）、SIIC MedTech Health Products Limited （上實(shí)醫(yī)藥健康產(chǎn)品有限公司）等投資的外商合資企業(yè)，主要從事各種高科技微創(chuàng)傷介入醫(yī)療產(chǎn)品的研究、制造、銷售和服務(wù)，公司被認(rèn)定為上海市高新技術(shù)企業(yè)。

公司主要產(chǎn)品有冠脈藥物支架系統(tǒng)、冠脈金屬支架系統(tǒng)、顱內(nèi)動(dòng)脈支架系統(tǒng)、腹主動(dòng)脈瘤和胸主動(dòng)脈瘤等支撐型人造血管支架、球囊 (PTCA)擴(kuò)張導(dǎo)管、導(dǎo)引導(dǎo)管及其相關(guān)附件、胰島素泵、 射頻消融電生理導(dǎo)管等醫(yī)療器械；它們中絕大多數(shù)填補(bǔ)國(guó)內(nèi)空白，被認(rèn)定為上海市高新技術(shù)成果轉(zhuǎn)化項(xiàng)目，達(dá)國(guó)際先進(jìn)水平，直接與國(guó)外產(chǎn)品競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，已進(jìn)入中國(guó)各大知名醫(yī)院，并出口日本、歐洲、拉美等國(guó)家與地區(qū)，具有一定的品牌知名度和市場(chǎng)占有率。
