高壓滅菌鍋HVE-50操作步驟：
1．插上電源插頭，打開開關(guān)，按“POWER ON/OFF”鍵開啟電源。
2．確認(rèn)壓力表讀數(shù)為0，將LOCK/UNLOCK桿推向右邊，打開蓋子，加水2升左右（可通過底盤中心小孔觀察水位，滅菌腔每天需換水一次）。
3．確認(rèn)排汽瓶中的水位界于HIGH和LOW之間，否則取出該塑料瓶倒水或加水若干。
4．裝入待滅菌物，蓋上蓋子，將LOCK/UNLOCK桿推向左邊。（連續(xù)滅菌時(shí)，第2次操作前請(qǐng)確保滅菌腔溫度已降至50℃以下。）
5．按“MODE”鍵選擇工作模式，根據(jù)需要檢查和修改溫度、時(shí)間設(shè)定值。
6．按“START/STOP”鍵，儀器即開始滅菌過程。若確實(shí)需要停止滅菌，再按該鍵一次儀器即退回待機(jī)狀態(tài)。
7．滅菌完畢，待溫度下降，壓力表讀數(shù)為0時(shí)，將LOCK/UNLOCK桿推向右邊，打開蓋子。（保溫狀態(tài)時(shí)需先按“START/STOP”停止運(yùn)行。若儀器進(jìn)入節(jié)電模式需先按任意鍵恢復(fù)面板顯示后方可進(jìn)行其它操作）。
8．取出滅菌物（小心避免蒸汽及滅菌物燙傷手臉）。
9．按“POWER ON/OFF”鍵關(guān)閉電源，斷開開關(guān)，拔下插頭。待儀器充分冷卻后，擦干表面冷凝水，并進(jìn)行滅菌腔排水。
注意事項(xiàng)：
1．滅菌鍋必須加純水，以防止產(chǎn)生大量水垢。
2．本儀器系高溫高壓自動(dòng)滅菌設(shè)備，除特別注意事項(xiàng)外，普通高壓滅菌器所要求的常規(guī)操作規(guī)范對(duì)于本儀器的操作同樣必須遵循。
3.本儀器不可用于腐蝕性、易燃、易爆和熱壓不穩(wěn)定等物品的滅菌。
4．滅菌器蓋子僅當(dāng)儀器通電且溫度下降、壓力表讀數(shù)為0時(shí)方可開啟，不可強(qiáng)行用力打開，以免儀器損壞和發(fā)生意外傷害事故。
5．操作過程謹(jǐn)防蒸汽和滅菌物品燙傷。
6．儀器較長時(shí)間不用，請(qǐng)務(wù)必將滅菌腔排水，并保證腔體清潔干燥。
7．及時(shí)取走自己的物品，注意用電安全，保持實(shí)驗(yàn)室清潔，不浪費(fèi)。儀器不正常時(shí)，及時(shí)上報(bào)，不得自行處理。
Steps:
1. Plug in the power plug, turn on the switch, and press the “POWER ON/OFF” button to turn on the power.
2. Confirm that the pressure gauge reading is 0, push the LOCK/UNLOCK rod to the right, open the lid, add about 2 liters of water (the water level can be observed through the small hole in the center of the chassis, and the sterilization chamber needs to change the water once a day).
3. Make sure that the water level in the exhaust bottle is between HIGH and LOW, otherwise remove the plastic bottle to pour water or add some water.
4. Load the object to be sterilized, close the lid and push the LOCK/UNLOCK rod to the left. (When continuously sterilizing, make sure that the temperature of the sterilization chamber has dropped below 50 °C before the second operation.)
5. Press the “MODE” button to select the working mode and check and modify the temperature and time settings as needed.
6. Press the “START/STOP” button and the instrument will start the sterilization process. If it is really necessary to stop the sterilization, press the button again to return the instrument to the standby state.
7. After the sterilization is completed, when the temperature drops and the pressure gauge reads 0, push the LOCK/UNLOCK lever to the right to open the cover. (In the warm-up state, you need to press “START/STOP” to stop running. If the instrument enters the power-saving mode, you need to press any key to restore the panel display before you can perform other operations).
8. Remove the sterilized material (be careful to avoid steam and sterilizing burns on your face).
9. Press the “POWER ON/OFF” button to turn off the power, disconnect the switch, and remove the plug. After the instrument is sufficiently cooled, the surface condensed water is wiped dry and the sterilization chamber is drained.
