一、活動(dòng)簡(jiǎn)介
本活動(dòng)旨在為海內(nèi)外杰出學(xué)者搭建交流與合作的平臺(tái)。通過(guò)校長(zhǎng)報(bào)告、學(xué)術(shù)研討和人才洽談等形式，加深學(xué)者對(duì)學(xué)校的全面了解，促成高層次人才回國(guó)來(lái)校創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)，共同推動(dòng)我校世界一流學(xué)科建設(shè)。
二、學(xué)科領(lǐng)域
氣象、環(huán)境、海洋、電子、通信、計(jì)算機(jī)、控制、數(shù)學(xué)、地理、遙感等理工科以及人文社會(huì)科學(xué)。
三、申請(qǐng)條件
具有海外知名大學(xué)博士學(xué)位；或者具有國(guó)內(nèi)知名大學(xué)博士學(xué)位，并有連續(xù)36個(gè)月以上在海內(nèi)外知名高校、科研機(jī)構(gòu)、知名企業(yè)研發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)等從事科研工作的經(jīng)歷，有意依托我校申報(bào)國(guó)家“千人計(jì)劃”者；學(xué)術(shù)成就突出，至少滿足下列條件之一者：
1. 在Science，Nature及其子刊或相應(yīng)級(jí)別的頂級(jí)國(guó)際期刊上發(fā)表論文；
2. 全球高被引科學(xué)家（湯森路透發(fā)布）、高被引學(xué)者（愛(ài)思唯爾）；
3.近五年在本研究領(lǐng)域頂級(jí)期刊或“中科院JCR期刊分區(qū)”1區(qū)期刊發(fā)表論文5篇以上；
4. 近五年發(fā)表SCI期刊論文影響因子之和超過(guò)30（工程技術(shù)類超過(guò)20）；
5. 近五年在人文社科領(lǐng)域頂級(jí)期刊發(fā)表論文5篇及以上；
6.在經(jīng)濟(jì)、文化、社會(huì)等其他領(lǐng)域做出重大貢獻(xiàn)。
四、引進(jìn)待遇
（一）引進(jìn)人才入選“四青”及以上國(guó)家級(jí)人才項(xiàng)目的，可享受以下待遇（單位：人民幣）：
年酬：80萬(wàn)起（稅前）；
安家費(fèi)：100萬(wàn)-2000萬(wàn)；
住房：提供過(guò)渡周轉(zhuǎn)房，可優(yōu)先申購(gòu)學(xué)校人才引進(jìn)留用房；
科研配套：提供科研啟動(dòng)費(fèi)100萬(wàn)-1000萬(wàn)（人文社科50萬(wàn)起）；協(xié)助組建團(tuán)隊(duì)；博士、博士后招收計(jì)劃予以傾斜。
（二）已經(jīng)取得突出的工作業(yè)績(jī)，展現(xiàn)出良好的發(fā)展?jié)摿?，近期有望沖擊“四青”及以上國(guó)家級(jí)人才項(xiàng)目的高層次人才。
待遇面議，年酬50萬(wàn)起（稅前）。
五、活動(dòng)方式
（一）時(shí)間：全年進(jìn)行中。
（二）活動(dòng)內(nèi)容
校長(zhǎng)介紹、部門訪問(wèn)、學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告；校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)全程陪同。
六、差旅食宿
1.提供往返差旅費(fèi)（飛機(jī)公務(wù)艙、高鐵商務(wù)座）；
2.學(xué)校免費(fèi)安排食宿，統(tǒng)一安排接送。

Face to Face with NUIST Presidents
Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology (NUIST), formerly named Nanjing Institute of Meteorology, was established in 1960 and enjoys the reputation as “the cradle of meteorological talents in China”. Co-constructed by the Jiangsu Provincial People’s Government, the Ministry of Education of China, the China Meteorological Administration (CMA) and the State Oceanic Administration, the university is now on the list of China’s national “Double First-rate” universities and disciplines and is also included in the provincial high-level universities in Jiangsu province.The discipline of Atmospheric Science ranks No. 1 in the discipline evaluation conducted by the Ministry of Education of China. The disciplines of Geoscience, Engineering and Computer Science have entered top 1% ESI international discipline ranking. Introduction
The activity is to establish a platform of communication and cooperation for all the outstanding scholars from home and abroad and provide them with an opportunity to have a better understanding of our university through presidents' introduction, academic forums and profound communications. II.Disciplines
Sciences indcluding Meteorology, Environment, Oceanography, Electronics,Telecommunication, Computer Science,Control, Mathematics, Geography, Remote Sensing as well as Humanities.
III.Requirements
A doctorate from a famous overseas university or a doctorate from a famous national university with no less than 36 months' successive research experience in famous universities, research institutions or enterprises in China or abroad; intention to apply for the national Thousand Talents Program; outstanding academic achievements by meeting as least one of the following conditions:
1.Publications in world top journals like Science or Nature, their sub journals or other similar world famous journals;
2.Highly cited scientists (according to Thomson Reuters data) or scholars (according to Elsevier data);
3.More than 5 publications in top journals in relevant research area or in the first-class journals according to CAS JCR Journal Classification in the past five years;
4.Accumulated influence factor of SCI-indexed papers over 30 in the past five years (20 for engineering and technology)
5.No less than 5 publications in top journals on humanities in the past five years;
6.Great contributions in economy, culture or other areas.
IV.Salary and welfare
For selectees of the four Youth Introduction Programmes or other national talent introduction programmes (Unit: RMB):
Annual salary: 800,000 or more (before tax)
Settling-in allowance: 1,000,000-20,000,000
Housing: transition replacement housing available; prioritized right to purchase the Apartment for Talents on campus
Research: Start-up fund of 1,000,000-10,000,000 (no less than 500,000 for humanities); assistance in research team construction; favorable policy in PhD students’ or postdoctoral researchers’ recruitment.
